FAQ and Help
We use our local postage company to send Catsu goods and we always use trackable service when shipping our orders.
When your order is shipped you will get an e-mail with confirmation of dispatch and tracking number applied.
We do our best to keep shipping fees as low as possible, but please be aware that heavier goodies cost a bit more to be sent.
We try to ship orders on next business day, but please note that sometimes we have our local holidays, Dita gets spontaneous vet appointment because of her allergy or I am simply down with a flu for a day or two. On this occasions we will keep you updated in our blog and through the mail :)
Exchanging and Returning products
You can return your product within 14 days of receipt.
If the ordered item contains defects, then we are willing to take it back and refund you the money or send a replacement product (if in stock).
Return shipping is covered by customer.
Taxes and fees
The price listed on the website is the final price you pay when checking out, however please be aware of your country custom fee policies as you might be obliged to pay your local taxes once you receive your item.
Catsu is not responsible for any custom fees and taxes you may be obliged to pay for receiving your item.
Catsu will never ever use customer data for promotional purposes, except when you have given us your permission (for example newsmail, which we don't do anyway at the moment :)).
All personal data will be handled confidentially.
Order confirmation not received
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation is sent within minutes after an order is placed.
If you do not receive this confirmation, please don't panic and e-mail us at email@example.com to let us know that you haven't received your order confirmation e-mail. Be sure to provide us with the full name, e-mail address and street address used in the order as well as the order date.
